Autumn is upon us!

Mon Oct 26 the Moon conjuncts Uranus in Aries at 3:57 am. If a dream wakes you up out of a sound sleep, write it down. About an hour and a half later, the Moon opposes Mercury and goes void of course. This could depress your sense of humor for the day. Write comedy and humor some other time.

Tue Oct 27 the Moon is in Taurus all day. At 5:05 am we have the Full Moon at 03Tau. Work, work hard, work seriously, and then reward yourself in earnest. You will have earned it.

Wed Oct 28 the Moon is in Taurus until the final minutes. We have had a month of Wednesdays with the Moon in fixed signs. have you gotten much done?

At 11:24 pm the Moon moves out of Taurus and enters Gemini. We have from now through Friday to indulge in all those mercurial practices that make us the writers and artists that we are.

Fri Oct 30 the Moon is still in Gemini

when the Sun makes a trine with Neptune. Has faith in yourself and in what you’re doing.

Sat Oct 31 the Moon enters Cancer at 2:09 am.

It’s the last day that Mercury spends in the sign of Libra. Writing and communicating in general may not be easy and gracious tomorrow. It may be sharper, though. Also, it’s the last day of Daylight Savings Time. Tomorrow we switch back to Standard Time and our sundials will no longer be running an hour fast. (Makes me happy.)

This can be a challenging time of the year, when you wonder why you’re doing all this, for what.

The answer is simple, for some of us. I’d quit if I could. It’s the only thing that is truly satisfying. I read too much and it has to come out somehow, somewhere. No, that last sentence was written in jest. This is a serious time of year, and we deserve to take ourselves and our work seriously. If don’t why should anyone else? Write like you mean it, because you do! Have a powerful month. Heads Up!
